Obsessed with TV

I figure I should admit I'm obsessed with TV up front. I'm not sure how it happened since we didn't even own a TV until I was 8. Maybe it was watching the old musicals with my mom as a kid. Or maybe it was those Saturday morning tween shows on NBC. It coulda been watching the WB with my college roommate... However it started, it intensified with DVR. And now - now television and I are quite close and spend many a evening together.

I will probably post a lot about TV. But I've promised myself that I will see that outside world as well, so no worries.

Where I Am

I am 30 yrs old living in NYC and I am Blessed. The thing is, I didn't always see it that way. I was letting my life pass by not actively participating in it, not really taking any stake it in it. Sounds odd, I know.

One day I woke up. I realized that God gave me this live to Live. To live it to the best of my ability. Now, I plan to. I plan to have new experiences, to see new places, to clean up past mistakes, to make new friends, to reconnect with old ones.

So this blog will be about me and my life experiences (with special appearances by Toasty, my dog).
